This is a green skinned grape that originated in the Bordeaux Region of France. High in acid and low in sugar, this is a beautifully bright, crisp, slightly sweet every day wine.  Delicious juicy fruit forward flavors such as honey dew melon, peach and vanilla. Pairs nicely with goat cheese, green vegetables, oysters and white fish  Sauvignon Blanc is one of our very favorites all year round!
