This grape, grown mainly in California is a very distinct varietal. Our Estate Petite Sirah was aged in French Oak.  Savor this beautiful wine, deep in color, full bodied with high fruit such as blueberry and plum with hints of chocolate and black pepper.  Best paired with beef burgers, roasted pork, chicken in mole sauce.  Cheese pairing best with aged gouda, fresh mozzerella and melted swiss.
